Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 August 2026

The short version: we never require your name, we never see your Slack messages, and nothing you answer in a session is attributed to you personally.

1. Who we are

Blue Thread Logic™ ("we", "us", "our") operates ThreadPulse™, a live diagnostic delivered to client teams. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and during a ThreadPulse™ session, how we use it, and what choices you have.

For any privacy question, contact hello@bluethreadlogic.com.

2. Scope

This policy applies to this website and to ThreadPulse™ sessions. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, or to your employer's own systems, including your Slack workspace, which we do not access.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us during a session.

Information your facilitator provides. Company name and team or department name, entered by the facilitator rather than by participants.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify individuals or to build profiles.

Information we do not collect. We do not access, read, or connect to your Slack workspace. Every interface shown in the diagnostic is an illustration we created. We do not collect payment details through this site, special category data, or information from children.

4. How we use information

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.

5. Legal basis

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests, specifically our client's interest in understanding how their teams work and our interest in improving the diagnostic. Where consent is the appropriate basis, we ask for it and you may withdraw it at any time.

6. What your employer sees

Your facilitator sees how the room answered in aggregate, broken down by role. They do not see which response came from which person. Where a role group is very small, we suppress the breakdown rather than publish something that could identify an individual by elimination.

7. Sharing and disclosure

We share information only with:

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

8. International transfers

Our infrastructure is located in the United States. If you take part from outside the United States, your responses will be processed there under appropriate safeguards.

9. Retention

We retain session data for up to five years, so a workspace can be measured against itself over time and so we can maintain anonymised benchmarks across companies. Benchmarks contain no company names, no individual responses, and no free text. A client may request deletion at any point, and we will complete it within thirty days.

10. Security

Data is held in an access-controlled database, transmitted over encrypted connections, and reachable only by people who need it to deliver the engagement. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information we will notify affected parties as required by law.

11. Cookies and local storage

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising technology, or third-party analytics. The session page stores a small amount of data in your own browser so a refresh does not lose your answers and so it can remember whether you selected the written version. That data stays on your device and clears when you clear your browser.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your information, to request a portable copy, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because responses are not linked to identities, we may be unable to locate a specific individual's data, in which case we will tell you.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we do not offer financial incentives for personal information.

13. Children

This service is intended for workplace use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.

14. Your choices

15. Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how long we keep it, we will update the date at the top of this page and describe the change here.
